Firstly, the buying process was so easy. I was worried about ‘sending by express post’ something so valuable and delicate. The packaging was AMAZING! So comprehensive and it arrived really chilled. I was so impressed by the care taken. Only gripe? Outer box was made of polystyrene which is a pain to recycle in Sydney. But the main event was the product. Blinis with creme fraiche and Osetra Caviar. Hard to describe in words - just do it. Out of this world.Tristan P.
